As of July 22, ZuZu's Petals and Gifts storefront is open to the public but with limited hours. Our shopping ours are Thursday and Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and on Fridays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Our no-contact delivery and store pick-up process remains the same during normal business hours. Those hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. Additionally, we now offer shipping on plants, planters, and select gift items. 

During our storefront shopping hours, customers must wear masks or face coverings, and no more than 10 customers will be allowed inside at one time. If possible, we are still asking that customers choose to shop online and select store pick-up.  

Previously:

As of March 19, 2020, ZuZu's Petals and Gifts has closed doors to the public, but will continue to make deliveries with a new procedure. In addition, we will have a store pick-up station on the shelves right outside our shop.

In a time that feels so dark and scary, we are are hoping to share a little bit of joy with the northwest Arkansas area and offer an avenue for community and connection at a time when social distancing is of utmost importance. Here is what we are doing to ensure that our products are received in the safest way possible. 

• all employees are practicing social distancing outside of the shop. 
• we are sanitizing all supplies and products daily, even more so than we do on a regular basis. 
• we will no longer be delivering directly to customers, but instead we will be leaving arrangements in safe places such as a porch, garage, or doorstep. We will call the recipient when we drop it off to let them know that they have a surprise waiting for them! 
• all arrangements will be dropped off in boxes. customers can just grab the vase out of the box, allowing them to have minimal contact with the box that was handled by our delivery driver. 

Outreach

In partnership with Meals on Wheels and the Fayetteville Senior Center, ZuZu's Petals is offering our customers an opportunity to give back to the community through gifting flowers to quarantined senior citizens in the Northwest Arkansas Area. At a time when they are unable to see their friends and family and everything feels a little dark and scary, we hope to bring a little bit of much needed joy to their day through a surprise flower arrangement.

Customers can place their orders for a donation arrangement here. Prices range from $30-$150 with no delivery fee. In addition, ZuZu's Petals will be donating 20 arrangements to the cause on March 18, 2020. We hope that this brings a little bit of light to Northwest Arkansas!
