Our Wedding Process
Weddings are one of the most rewarding services that we offer here at Zuzu's. We love to help brides achieve their dream wedding by offering custom florals for each unique event. From brainstorming ideas to setting up on the day of, our staff can take care of each and every floral detail so that you do not have to worry! For photos of our wedding work, see our blog!

The first step in our wedding process is to schedule a consultation. We meet with each bride one-on-one to discuss ideas, budgeting, and options. Before the meeting, we encourage brides to gather inspiration photos to bring in with them to the consultation. After talking it over, we will create an itemized estimate that includes the prices of each item on your wedding florals checklist. You will receive this estimate via email within two weeks after the meeting.
After receiving the estimate, look it over and tell
us what you think! If you approve of the estimate and would like to
book with us, simply pay the $50 deposit online or over the phone.
This deposit secures your reservation
and confirms each of the items on your order.
Following the reservation, our brides are free to make payments at their leisure as long as the full amount is paid two weeks before their wedding date. In the mean time, we remain in contact with our brides and are available for any questions that they may have. Additionally, we encourage our ladies to schedule a final consultation one month prior to their wedding. This is the time to make any adjustments to your order that may have come up since the first consultation. Once all the details have been discussed, we take care of everything else until we drop off your flowers at the venue!
